Ingredients:

  • 125 gr. of piquant radish
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 ginger root (of about 2 cm)

Preparation:

  • Mix the radish and the ginger in a blender.
  • Squeeze the lemonjuice and add it into the blender.
  • Blend from 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the 3 tablespoons of honey and the 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
  • Mix everything again to obtain the syrup.
  • Put the syrup in a glass bottle.
