As you go through a normal day, face dirt, bacteria and contaminants accumulate. What can you do about it?
The best solution is to adjust the diet (eg, avoid refined sugars) and wash your face with a cleanser. But not all products for cleaning the face are the same. There are some cleaning products contain chemicals that are equally harmful toxins in the air.
Take, for example sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) forming the known foam products in many skin care.
The SLS has been scientifically proven, dry skin, increases mutations in bacteria, and damages the immune system.
However, it is one of the most used ingredients.
