A German Biochemist Claims He Found the Perfect Combination That Cures Cancer and Other Illnesses!


Dr. Budwig, a known German biochemist, found out that a combination of cold pressed flaxseed oil and cottage cheese can successfully treat cancer and other diseases caused by fatty degeneration. So, it’s not about one ingredient, but the key combination…

The way it works is based on the return of cancer cells (as well as all other cells) in normal aerobic process – burning sugar in the presence of oxygen. Cancer cells can remain undifferentiated (unspecialized for a position in the tissue) and divide endlessly only if they remain anaerobic (burning sugar without oxygen). This diet fundamentally changes the way breathing affects cancer cells. That forces the undifferentiated cancer cell to differentiation, which results in their programmed diminishment – apoptosis. This is the simplest way I can explain the working principle of this diet even though to the layman this might sound vague. The effect is deep and fundamental.

In order to effectively transport the flaxseed oil through the bloodstream to the cells, doctor Budwig has recommended that it should be mixed with low-fat cottage cheese.

Why low-fat cottage cheese? -Because it contains the amino acids methionine and cysteine, which are composed of a sulfhydryl group (SH – hydrogen and a sulfur atom) that can be easily connected with fatty acids. The amino acids and fatty acids that are connected in this way make up the so called lipoprotein, which is easily soluble in water, therefore it is soluble in blood.

The protocol of Dr. Budwig also prescribes mandatory consumption of freshly ground flax seeds. This is because some substances from the flax seeds are not present in the oil, and their presence is very important (especially lignans, and some vitamins and minerals). Grind the seeds (3-6 tablespoons) in a coffee grinder (5-10 seconds) and add them to the mixture of cheese and oil, or create a new mixture without oil. The grinded seeds cannot stand for more than 15 min (due to the oxidation). Do not buy already grinded seeds.

Perfect Combination That Cures Cancer

Dr.Budwig’s Recipe:

2-6 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

Half a cup of cottage cheese

3-6 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds

The daily dosage for the seriously ill should be 6 tablespoons (40-50 grams) of flax seed oil well mixed with 100 grams (half a cup) of fresh low fat cottage cheese. This daily amount can be eaten at once or you can spread it out on several occasions, but then you need to make a fresh mixture every time. Interestingly, this mix causes no side effects with the lactose intolerant.

Interestingly, this mixture is tolerated by people who usually cannot tolerate lactose. Instead of low fat cheese, you can use yoghurt or kefir but then you have to put three times more. You can use tofu (bean curd) also, but its amount Is not known.

The best way is to mix cheese and oil with an electric stick blender. Mix for 1-2 minutes because it must be very well mixed. Always stir just cheese and oil. After that you should add freshly ground flax seeds in the mixture, and if desired, you can also add ground walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds, fresh fruits and vegetables, berries, and fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Just for taste you can add a teaspoon of honey or pumpkin oil. In this way you get a real nutritious meal. The mixture must be eaten immediately after blending. Do not put it in the fridge.

After only two to three weeks you should feel the results. If your cancer is not extremely aggressive it would probably be wise to delay chemotherapy and first try with a natural approach (chemotherapy irreversibly destroys the body).

For a complete regression of the illness it is required 1-5 years. However, these eating habits should be practiced for a lifetime with the possibility of slowly reducing the amount of the flaxseed oil. Otherwise, the cancer will come back and maybe this therapy will no longer be so effective.

Flaxseed must always be fresh! If it spoils you have to throw it away. Flaxseed oil can easily go rancid and it is therefore necessary to keep it in the refrigerator after opening it and consuming it through two-three weeks. It is important to find a reliable supplier of flaxseed oil, because the oil itself is sensitive and must always be freshly filled.
