Lemon Diet – Burn Fat and Feel Good !!!
This weight loss diet is superior in every way compared to others ,because it dissolves and eliminates all types of fatty tissue. The lemon diet is effective for diseases such as colds , flu, fever, bronchitis, … , calcium deposits in the joints and increased cholesterol levels. It’s useful for skin problems and is effective against subcutaneous redness and pimples .
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about half a lemon)
– 2 tablespoons of natural maple syrup.
– Little red Pepper (optional)
Combine lemon juice, maple syrup and red pepper in a 300 ml hot water. (At summer time you can use cold water). use fresh lemon, never canned or frozen lemon juice. Drink lemonade whenever you feel hungry.
During the diet
– For breakfast drink fresh orange juice, for lunch vegetable juice. For dinner cooked vegetables.
– Fresh orange juice or smoothie for breakfast, vegetable soup for lunch and cooked vegetables for dinner.
– Vegetable soup for breakfast, cooked vegetables for lunch. Take soup for dinner again or cooked vegetables.
– These three days are recurring. During the diet, you must drink lemon juice.
