100g raisins
150 g walnuts
100 g almonds
crust of two lemons
100 g of dried apricots
100 g dried plums
250-300 g of honey

How to Prepare:

Grind raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon crust. Add the juice of two lemons to the mixture from the previously grinded lemons. Mix everything well. Grind the dried plums and apricots and add them to the mixture. Again mix all the ingredients well. At the end of the mixture, add honey and stir again. Leave all in a dark place 1-2 days. The jar of ‘vitamin bomb’ is stored in a refrigerator.


Children older than 3 years should consume one teaspoon twice a day. Adults consume 1-2 tablespoons three times a day.
