– 400 g garlic

– 1 l water

– 400 g brown sugar

– 2 teaspoons turmeric

– 1 small piece of ginger root

Process of preparation:

Take the brown sugar and water and put it in a pot. Put the pot on fire and wait for it to boil. In this mixture then add garlic (clean it before using it and cut it in 4 pieces) and ginger root.

In this mixture than add grated ginger. Add the turmeric. Leave the mixture to boil and then put it on low fire. When the mixture is halved turn off the fire. Leave it to cool down and then put in a glass jar. Leave it for an hour or two on room temperature and then put it in the fridge.

Usage:

Take two tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach and two in the evening two hours after the last meal.
