Are You Anemic? Anemia Symptoms, Types and Treatments
The anemia involves a reduced number of red blood cells, low levels
Anemia can be caused by too much and prolonged bleeding, lack of vitamin B12 or folic acid, disorder in the maturation of the red blood cells, as well as an increased or accelerated decomposition of the red blood cells.
However, the most common cause of anemia is the iron deficiency which causes the so-called “iron-deficiency anemia”. Sometimes, this disease develops despite the proper diet because the body cannot absorb sufficient amounts of iron, caused by other diseases or the use of certain medications.
What are the symptoms of anemia?
The symptoms such as pale face, dark circles under the eyes, chronic fatigue, loss of strength, appetite and concentration are characteristic for this disease. Frequent and persistent headaches are also characteristic for anemia, and sometimes suffocation due to lack of oxygen and cardiac arrhythmia can occur as well. The face and mucous membranes become pale, the nails become fragile, and there is also sensitivity to infection.
If you have these symptoms, you should definitely see your doctor in order to determine the exact cause and start the appropriate treatment.

You should take vitamin C every day – eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially beets, blackberries, raspberries, currants, carrots, apples and citrus fruits.
Make a spread of honey and organic cocoa (in the ratio of 1: 1, and if the mixture is too thick, add some butter or a few drops of orange juice) and consume it for breakfast with lemonade.
You should avoid coffee, black and green tea, and you should drink blackberry wine.
